Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: Currently some orders are processed and delivered within 45-60 days due to holiday traffic. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we'll notify you promptly via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Details: Negotiable While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Additional Notes: Scalp Head Spa  is not responsible for orders once they are marked as delivered. Since orders are shipped in new and working condition. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the package entirely. You as the buyer agree to assume all responsibility upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order is with the transportation company, typically within 30-60 days. For the safety of your equipment, orders are delivered door-to-door by tractor trailer, and an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. The transportation company reserves the right to charge missed delivery fees and potential daily storage costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Shipping and handling charges, including taxes, duties, and brokerage fees where applicable are automatically added to your total during checkout.

Damages: Scalp Head Spa will issue a refund if the error is caused by our company. For example, if the order is shipped to a different delivery address other than delivery address that was submitted with the original order. In the event of lost orders or packages we will investigate then send a replacement at the conclusion of the investigation. Scalp Head Spa does not accept responsibility for errors, damages, and non delivery claims due to the transportation company. We release any/all responsibility once orders are marked as delivered. 

International Shipping Policy: Please note that shipments from the United States to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom may experience additional delivery time due to heightened security measures during customs processing. We offer worldwide shipping. However, shipping cost may vary based on your location. Please proceed to checkout for accurate shipping cost estimates.
